| During the implementation of the activities / project, did you encounter an event that fundamentally affected the implementation? | Covid-19 interfered with the course of the interviews. Postponement of some interviews and compliance with hygiene recommendations. Recruiting the "silent voices" was a challenge. We recommend considering the timing aspect well in advance and preferably working with the local community coordinator. |

| Has the impact of the implemented activity / project been measured and evaluated in any way? | Yes, all activities, focus group interviews and focus group discussions with citizens and politicians were documented with written notes and audio recordings for research purposes. Knowledge and experience are summarized in a short document. At the moment it is only available in Norwegian. |
